Would consider carefully before you buy!
Clearly takes more that 1 to assemble and longer than 30 minutes.
I bought the Adirondack chairs from the same brand and had no difficulty with the assemble. So we decided to purchase the chaise to complete our deck.
This chaise is a nightmare to assemble.
The instructions are not clear and very confusing.
In addition, impossible to assemble because several of the factory pre-drilled holes did not line up correctly with the corresponding pieces. It was not easy to assemble as illustrated or instructed.
This will most likely require getting a third party to help assemble and possibly have to reconfigure the factory holes to complete the assembly this the chaise for any use and for safety reasons.

I did reach out to Customer Service for some recourse. And it is moments like this that can make or break your experience.
Customer service, I must admit was amazing. They were able to seamlessly resolve the concerns and issues in our individual situation to our liking.
We did need to get a third party to help put together. And once together it is a beautiful, sturdy chaise and we are truly enjoying. And a great product for the money.
