The product is great but be aware that Wayfair can back order the product and never communicate this. This will also continue to sell it with false delivery expectations. Don’t count on customer service. They will apologize but keep your full payment and offer nothing for their lack of communication. I guess they are too busy making sales they can’t keep up with what they have sold and the customers that paid good money for their product. After the credit card goes through only expect sale emails once a day, even a sale of the item you bought with false shipping deadlines.

This fixture was the perfect item to complete my entire home rehab project. The price worked within my budget and my client is happy with it!

I need to set it up but the pieces look solid!

Had this sauna a few weeks. So far so good. No issues. My 7 year old and myself put it together.

the sauna is amazing! But on delivery we noticed one end of the box was very wet. When we opened it a corner of the floor platform was wet and darkened, mold like??? on one corner, approx. 1 square foot.
