It's really good looking. We like it a lot. It's very large, so double check the dimensions. Larger than a typical mailbox. Also, Wayfair should sell it with and without the locking part. We basically had to pay for something we do not want because we don't want the locking part. There are instructions for how to take the locking part off, but it is NOT easy to do, especially with the little wrench that is included. Then we just ended up throwing away a huge metal piece with is a waste of money. It's also hard to get the top back on after taking out the locking part. Other than that it's very nice, it's just annoying to have to pay for an additional feature that you don't need.

We ordered BLACK mailbox with blackgold customized plaque- we received a BRONZE mailbox with blackgold plaque. The colors don’t match, therefore we can’t install mailbox. In our order it even clearly states black and black. We have reached out to Wayfair costumer service for assistance.
