I received the bench in timely fashion and well packaged. It is little on the heavy end, have had my son assemble it for me. It is a perfect addition to my front porch. I am very pleased with the purchase.

This bench is broken, cracked pieces missing hardware and manual. I need a refund or send new item. The box is breaking apart, impossible to repack for return.

This bench looks nice but it was very difficult to assemble. The wood dowels did not fit well and we had to use a rubber mallet to get them into the holes. Also, there is a small crack in one of the seat supports.

The bench is great. The instructions are not easy to understand. Also, the dowels are very fragile. I had a bunch break and I had to rely on my carpentry skills to finish the assembly.

Very nice, sturdy bench. It looks like the picture. The wood was very pretty and undamaged. I plan to use a teak sealer to keep it looking nice outdoors. It was easy for my husband and I to assemble its 5 pieces. The only problem was the dowls were too large to fit into their holes so we needed to purchase 5/16 inch dowls. They fit perfectly. Also, the screws that secure the seat to the arm rest were too short to connect the two pieces, so we needed to purchase four 8x 1.5 inch screws. The screws we received barely fit through one piece of wood. So overall happy with the purchase except for minor construction glitches. Looks great in our backyard.
