The set was nice but there was some issues. One of the cushions was a completely wrong cover and one of the height adjusters was broken. I feel like I had to jump through hoops to get them to send me the correct items. I sent pictures and then the manufacturer wanted more. It was ridiculous I won't buy anything big from wayfair again.

I absolutely love this set! It is so well built, and very comfortable. The high back makes such a difference in the comfort. The cushions are nice quality and thicker than normal. I am so happy with this purchase and would say go for it if you’re thinking about it! Thanks Wayfair for the nice experience and product.

After searching for outdoor furniture for two months, I finally decided on this furniture set. I’m so glad I did. I’m writing this review a few hours after assembling it. There were no reviews at the time of my purchase, but after reviewing the information about the furniture, I decided to hit the purchase button. All three boxes were delivered on time. When I opened the box, I did notice the cushion color is not as pictured on the website. I thought it would be a brighter orange, but the color is a rust orange. I would recommend that two people assemble the pieces. The chairs and ottoman’s were relatively easy and quick to assemble. The sofa took approximately 2 hours to assemble. I recommend that when you assemble, do not tighten the screws right away. Insert the screws and tighten just enough until all screws are in, then go back and tighten all of them. The instructions were clear, and all of the hardware tools were included. Fortunately, we did not encounter any issues putting the set together. I am sitting on my chair as I write this review. The cushions are so comfortable, and I love how the chairs are ergonomic friendly. The furniture is sturdy as well. Although, this is just day one with my new set, I truly love it! I also purchased the furniture cover to protect from the rain. furniture!

Cushions are flat, creating no back support. Very disappointing!!
