I was incredibly disappointed in this purchase — my first negative experience with Wayfair. The patio table looks like cheap plastic, and the legs don’t stand at the same height, so there’s a wobble in it. I plan on returning it and will rethink future Wayfair purchases.

Well built set. First chair was hard, but everyone

Not happy, part of the order delivered to wrong address. One of the swivel chair is not working. So many parts are missing.

We have been trying for an extended period to have our purchase either repaired, replaced, or credited, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. Throughout this process, we have encountered constant back-and-forth communication and have repeatedly received the same responses without any meaningful resolution. Despite our efforts to work through the issue, we still do not have a satisfactory outcome. Based on this experience, we would not choose to do business with Wayfair again. We are also compelled to share our experience with others so they can make informed decisions about their purchases and customer service expectations. We would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, whether through a repair, replacement, or appropriate credit for the purchase.
