Not good for outside Wood got faded and chipping Plastic is coming apart

Poor quality. After one season I need to buy a new set.

We only had this table for one summer and it was covered all winter. All of the finish peeled and looks awful and we likely won’t get another summer out of it. Very disappointing but may be able to sand it and put a stain on it!

The screws for the chairs don’t line up. We have been working for 2 days to get them together so far no good. Not sure what to do. Ready to burn them!

We love this set on our deck. The chairs are comfortable and the size of the table is perfect. We bought a cover to protect the set from sun and rain. We put the set away for the winter.

Not good quality. Rain ruined the top.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this outdoor dining set purchase. The customer service I received was not only misleading but also blatantly dishonest. Initially, I was given inaccurate information about the shipping date, which caused significant inconvenience. The item arrived days later than promised, rendering it useless for my intended purpose. What's even more frustrating is that I requested to cancel and or intercept the delivery once I saw that it was coming later then the delivery date listed on their website. When I reached out to customer service, one representative assured me of a full refund and the waiver of the return fee, placing the blame squarely on Wayfair and emphasizing their commitment to excellent customer service. However, when I returned the product, they deducted the fee despite their initial promises. They shipped the 3 large packages from CA to NY regardless of what was told to me. I requested access to the recorded call in which they assured me of the refund and fee waiver, but I was told they couldn't provide access to those recordings. This feels like a clear example of predatory business practices, where promises are made but not honored. Overall, my experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I would caution others against dealing with them.

The product was good however, the labor assembly was a little much more than anticipated, approximately 4 hours one person.

Misalignment between drill holes and too hard to be assemble. Need to make holes bigger so the chairs can be assembled.

Normally very happy with their products. This table came damaged with a big crack in the wood table top. Also,, had mold on the bottom. Waiting for response and resolution. Previous products have been great. Thanks
