Ordered 10 of these chairs which come very well packaged yet 8 out of the 10 chairs had damages, either cracking in the seating slats from being screwed into the metal chair or bent metal seat backs ! All damages looked like from the manufacturer not from transport! Sent them back

We will be using this out in our garden this year and I have a feeling as long as it is stored away during the winter, this chair is going to last a very long time. Very well built and being able to hold up to 400lbs, definitely a bonus, not that it will ever be made to handle that heavy of a load, to me it just means that it is one tough chair.
