Love these bar stools. Look great on our deck and are very comfortable. Assembly was easy once you realize the directions are serious about loosely tighten the screws and then fully tighten once assembly is complete.

The initial shipment of stools ordered for a special event did not contain 32 screws required to assemble. We immediately called customer service and were told the screws would be shipped to us and would require a minimum of a week to receive (we were told there is no overnight option to quickly resolve). A week later we received a shipment of two random boards that had nothing to do with the stools. I had to spend more time on the phone with Wayfair customer service to explain the situation and again was told it will be a minimum of another week before the missing hardware would be received. We waited 8 days and I shows delivered in email, we received nothing and the tracking number is the number from the 09/08 shipment - so now I am back to investing another hour dealing with customer service! My advice - you can find these same exact stools from other vendors - purchase from a vendor where you will get decent and timely customer service…

I have had them in a while . Very tudy. Still looking good . They been out under the sun and rain . Highly recommended.

These chairs are the perfect size for our outdoor table!!

I received merchandise in a very timely manner, and they go perfectly with our existing patio bar. I love the look of the metal back and legs with the contrast of the wood-like seat. I would recommend this item to others for sure!
