I just received this a few days ago and have used it on the grill to make pork tenderloin and hamburgers. They were delicious and the griddle worked perfectly. I did use marinate with molasses ingredient which was hard to get off griddle but with extra effort it did come off. I will get a lot of use out of this griddle. My husband who does the grilling loves this!

The first time I used this grill pan was on the gas grill outside and I actually made bacon on it which was an odd choice but it was just what i was cooking. I don't know if that was a good idea or not because it was a little messy. I was able to get the grill surfaces looking new but the sides of the pan are now starting to get that seasoned look. I don't know what to expect over time. I am planning on making fish on it next. It seems durable and its definitely lighter than cast iron and so far easier to maintain from my limited use.
