I asked specifically for just for the canopy. I did not need the entire set up with poles. I actually spoke with a rep and they helped me initially with a return. Although the reps were extremely helpful with setting me up with the return I had , the next rep apparently did not understand all I needed was a replacement canopy. I’m just going to keep what they sent. I don’t have the energy.

Very sturdy canopy. Sing as a carport in an area adjacent to a hip roof. Learned that a rain gutter is a must for this canopy this close to my house. Very simple to put together. Solid frame and beautiful material sitting between houses. Great buy, and value.

Works great for what I needed it for I got it early which is always great priced very good happy with what I purchased
