Très satisfait, les deux tonnelles que j'ai commandé sont livre intacte sans briser des morceaux. Facile à installés, superbe vue dans le jardin une fois installé. J'ai ajouté un paneau d' intimite pour chaque tonnelles, et j'ai un très bon résultat après les avoir placé à côté de la clôture de mon voisin. Trouvée mon intimité ! Peut-être j' achèterais une troisième . tonnelles

We like this arbor very much and highly recommend it. It came with good instructions and took about1 hour to assemble using only an electric drill with a screwdriver head. It can also be adjusted in width to fit the area where it will be located. My only caution is that it is relatively light weight with uprights are only 2x2", so it is not made to hold branches or vines that are heavy weight. But it is perfectly strong enough to hold the mock rose vines where we have it.

This is absolutely beautiful and durable. Very easy to put together. The parts I received were as they were written in the instructions, but the instructions listed some of the parts incorrectly. I did manage to make it work with what parts I received.

HUGE mistake in making this order! The item arrived in a timely manner, as most orders do - However, when this item arrived, there were issues with the process of assembly. The item pictured clearly shows holes on one side, where as they should run clean thru to accomodate the first step in the build process. They do not. Both wayfair and the manufacturer were contacted (promptly) by me, yet not a peep from either of them - Quite disapointing to say the very least. I have a product that cannot be assembled as a result of the manufacturer's error and I feel there is no recourse in the matter of the defect and my choice to make this purchase with nothing to show for it, aside from a big box and plenty of worthless plastic! DO NOT purchase this defective arbor., there appears to be no satisfaction in the box.
