Seems to be decent quality. Few design flaws though. For example, when the height is adjusted so the table sits at its lowest point, the table can no longer be folded down. Also, I had to improvise to build out the bottom by 4in in order to keep the table top level. Both issues could be solved at a manufacturing level with a little added effort.

Perfect for saving space in the balcony

A cheaply made article that actually doesn’t fold down because of the way the braces attach. I am just too lazy to return it once it was completely unpackaged.

Sadly, like another review, this table doesn’t sit flat unless you shin it with something thick like a 2x4. Otherwise it’s nice and serves the purpose.
