I love the chair itself but the instructions to put it together are nearly impossible to read. After I finally put it together, the gas lift was not working. Wayfair work with me to fix the problem.

Well first off we ordered two chairs and one was very obviously a return (piece in great value baggie) without all the pieces but we visited the hardware store and found what we needed. Second instructions are hard to follow and hard to tell what your looking at in final stages. Third this is not navy blue its more of a periwinkle blue. Third overall sturdy/quality I would give 7 out of 10.

I ordered this product and received within a few days. I had the hubs put it together for me for the new sunroom he built on our deck. I'm sorry to say, I'm not impressed. It's a nice looking chair. Unfortunately, there are several issues with it that I'm not happy with. It's uncomfortable to sit on. I sat on it last night for the first time for about an hour and I had issues walking afterwards. It's too hard and hurts my back. Cushion is very thin and provides little to no cushioning. If I want to lift my legs up, I have to fully recline. I wanted to be able to put the foot rest up and keep the head up but that's not possible. When opened, it's even more uncomfortable. It's very stiff to open & close. The button is directly in the middle of the seat so it's awkward to use it. I know this is a budget friendly chair but I shouldn't have to give up on being comfortable, especially since the sunroom will get a ton of use during the next 5 months. I am not a fan. The chair is nice. We bought a 2nd one. Unfortunately it had a rocker blade defect ... a bubble in the metal making the rocking very uneven. After submitting pics and communications back and forth, we received a new complete chair. Got to say ... Wayfair comes through after they assert themselves we're honest. The chair features a recliner function, awesome, and you can still rock with the recliner in recline position. Great ratan color to match with just about everything. A bit painful to assemble but worth the effort.

Assembly Instructions were poor but the chair once assembled is very strong and comfortable!
