This has got to be some of the worst manufactured items I've received. I'm a measure twice cut once, make sure all the screws line up before tightening type of person. We bought the love seat and matching wicker chairs. We've unassembled and reassembled multiple times and the screws just don't line up so it's impossible to secure the chair fully. We ran into this issue with both the love seat and the wicker arm chairs where the top long screws cannot be inserted because the whole chair is misaligned when assembled. You would think this would be fool proof as there is really only one way to attach everything together with how this is designed, so there is no confusing or switching up parts. But sadly the screw cutouts were done so poorly.

Great product for the prize very sturdy not flimsy and very comfortable. I love it all.

Not completely satisfied by this product. Cushions were vacuum sealed and still, after 24 hours, have not inflated to size pictured on Wayfair site. Holes for screws connecting back of seat to lower seat were misaligned by manufacturer and could not be used. Hopefully they aren’t essential

High quality and comfortable seating!!

The sofa is super cute and the cushions are very comfortable. Make sure you wait at least 48 hours for them to expand before use. One take away: The “sand” color is a lot darker than expected. If you want cushions with more beige tones, chose another sofa from their collection.
