Easyto serbup and seems sturdy

I ordered this item and received it with missing parts. I could not put the stand together with my umbrella. I received the stand on Sept 2nd, emailed the manufacturer on Sept 3rd by taking the steps outlined with Wayfair, and sent pictures. Today is September 11, followed up with a Wayfair customer care chat. Was told that they would send a replacement and send a FedEx label. The chat dropped, and a new rep joined then was told that I had to f/u with the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer, they are sending the parts. I hope to have them this week which is over two weeks from the time I ordered. I would proceed with caution if you order anything from this company. You may not get the pieces you need to put the product together and Wayfair will not take accountability.

Got this on sale and am happy with the quality. Good for small umbrellas, but probably not heavy or a large enough platform for an umbrella larger than 7 or 8 feet in diameter.

It’s a bit flimsy and doesn’t actually keephold the umbrella for the price not sure what I expected ..
