I ordered 3 of these chairs and found that on all 3 chairs - if you match the screw holes on the arm rest, one leg is about an inch shorter than the other three. That said, the lounge is still stable because it balances evenly on the 5 legs that are the correct height. Some of the screws provided are not the correct size and some pieces could fit together more snugly. The plastic end caps at the leg bottoms were torn or pushed into the legs. The arm on one seat was badly scratched. The biggest problem is that I can't see to find a cushion that fits properly - I've returned two sets. The ratio of the lounge back to the seat (plus the rounded top) doesn't work with most cushions. Also the ties on most sets don't work because there is no way to thread the ties to the chair at the top and end because the metal is tightly woven and there isn't space to thread the ties.
