I ordered two chairs and a couch. One chair and the couch were in new condition and assembled without incident. The finish is more of a faux wood than it looks in the pictures and there are some finishes that are cheap looking, but covered by the pillows. It’s an okay set for the price point. However, I was sold one chair that was clearly not new. The box seemed in tact, but the item had several warmped screws and dented pieces that reflect it not being a new item after all. I reached out to Wayfair and they directed me to the manufacturer and my only option is to somehow return a chair I can’t take apart (because of the warped screws) and start over. I do not recommend purchasing from Wayfair given their terrible customer support and policies.

Comfortable, high quality, and looks great!

Love the style and paint on this chair. The cushions are large and firm. It works well in our outdoor patio room and fits in because of the neutral coloring. Comfortable outdoor chairs that swivel have been had to find...until now.

This is the ultimate comfortable swivel outside porchpatio chair. Has a very sturdy metal frame, plush neutral beige colored cushions and provides great support. Works well for a small or a large person to relax in. Arrived quickly and in great condition. Once the directions were studied it was a fairly straightforward process- an extra set of hands on a couple of the assembly steps made for an easy task. Takes a bit over an hour to assemble.

The chair itself is really pretty and the cushions are really comfortable but the metal seems to be a little on the flimsy side. I was hoping for something with a stronger, heavier feel, but the worst part of the chair was the assembly. Parts weren't labeled very well and sometimes not at all. Holes didn't line up and the directions seemed to be in the wrong order. I would not buy this again. Not worth the money.
