I ordered two chairs and a couch. One chair and the couch were in new condition and assembled without incident. The finish is more of a faux wood than it looks in the pictures and there are some finishes that are cheap looking, but covered by the pillows. It’s an okay set for the price point. However, I was sold one chair that was clearly not new. The box seemed in tact, but the item had several warmped screws and dented pieces that reflect it not being a new item after all. I reached out to Wayfair and they directed me to the manufacturer and my only option is to somehow return a chair I can’t take apart (because of the warped screws) and start over. I do not recommend purchasing from Wayfair given their terrible customer support and policies.

Good quality for a low price - arrived in good condition. Would recommend to others for residential use (not commercial rated in my opinion)

Exactly as described, looks and feels high end, and is water repellant. I had originally considered wood, but the price and durability of this is unbeatable.
