It came packed well… the heating element under the bench was broke - requested replacement part. I’m excited to install it- I’ll post pictures when ready. We have to put totally together then I will post photos- edit…. This sauna is amazing! I love this unit!!! I would order again - great customer service!! Thank you!!

I’m giving this product a full 5 stars because, overall, it genuinely exceeded my expectations. For context, I’ve been using saunas and steam rooms for nearly 30 years. With that level of long-term exposure, my tolerance is fairly high, and for a sauna experience to feel worthwhile, it needs to push well past the “casual relaxation” threshold. I’m very familiar with how effective heat therapy should feel when it’s done right. After relocating to an area where local gym facilities either fall short in performance or fail to meet acceptable hygiene standards, I started exploring portable sauna options. I’ve tried several over time—some started off promising but quickly lost efficiency or consistency. This unit, by contrast, has continued to perform reliably and has not shown the rapid drop-off I experienced with other portable models. Assembly was largely straightforward. Everything fit together as expected, although the instructions do assume a certain level of familiarity with assembling equipment. If you’re comfortable with basic setup tasks and can intuitively “fill in the gaps,” the process is quite manageable and logical. The one downside—and the only real frustration—was the seat heating element. It appeared damaged on arrival, which I later noticed had also been mentioned by another reviewer. Despite this, I completed the assembly, and initially everything powered on correctly, including the seat heater. However, there was a noticeable abnormal glow at the point where it looked damaged. Shortly afterward, that section flared briefly and then failed entirely. While that was disappointing, it hasn’t detracted enough from the overall experience to change my rating. The primary sauna function continues to work very well, and the heat output meets—and in some respects exceeds—what I expected from a portable unit. I’m currently planning to pursue a warranty replacement for the seat heater and will see how that process goes. In summary, this sauna delivers strong, consistent performance, especially for someone with extensive experience using traditional saunas. Aside from the seat heater issue (which I hope is resolved under warranty), it has proven to be a solid, effective alternative to commercial facilities and other portable options I’ve tried. Edited: Woodbridge's service was excellent, not only did they send a spare heating tube for the seat but another backup one, all under warranty.
