Good quality sauna. Assembly instructions were easy and it took approximately 30 minutes to put together with two people. It heats up pretty quickly as well. I had an issue with the light underneath the seat and the company was very responsive and sent me a replacement right away. Overall great sauna and exceptional customer service.

Just opened out of box door is completely broken off hinges! Wood falling off panels! Terrible cheap! Hope Wayfair handles this properly

So far I’m liking it. There are some cold spots in the sauna, around the legs. But it still does the trick.
