[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our girls love playing on their new swings! Its natural colors blend into the backyard. It’s not a premium swing set, but feels like it’s made with good quality. Most of the assembly was straightforward, but the following steps could be improved upon as these were bottlenecks.
Step 7 - Instruction includes attaching M1 and M2. I spent about 45 minutes searching for the parts before I realized they were already assembled. The manual does state this in the itemized part listing, but the step shouldn’t mention attaching them.
Step 13 - Z1 needs to be 1 inch instead of 1.25 inches. It is too lose when tightening the cap all the way. Purchased 1 inch bolts and they worked great.
Step 15 - holes need to be in the front on the assembly diagram. They’re in the middle. Also the slide could go on either side because parts A6 and A7 are reversible.
When setting in concrete, the length of the slide legs and the main posts of the overall swing set assembly being even becomes a challenge to set the posts in concrete deep enough. This step could be improved upon by setting this post higher up and raising the concrete, for example.
Lastly, the anchoring isn’t super costly, but we were unaware it would be required and it took extra effort to get ready.
Overall, the girls love it and we’re excited, but the process of assembling it could have been easier.
