Works for us. Seems a little flimsy when getting out of the pool. Does not come with the metal couplings for the deck.

Very nice much better than the plastic ones and looks nicer. Takes up very little room In the pool

Good sturdy ladder. Easy to assemble; however didn’t include flanges to attach to deck which wasn’t apparent until the end of assembly instructions.

I cancelled 12 minutes after I ordered and yet it still came and it was not what I needed which is why i cancelled it. Yet now I have to pay to ship it back so I’ll no longer use this company for items.

I purchased a swimming pool ladder and it was missing some parts and after I spoke with an agent she was able to help me with sending me a new one and having me return the one with the missing parts she was very helpful

I like the look, but ladder was very difficult to install, due to needing to separately purchase flanges and it is not stable, with lots of movement in the handles when using.
