Tonnelle en bois Canterbury

This Arbor is extremely well thought out and put together. Took 1 hour to assemble, even came with drill bits. I’ll add a picture after I stain it, actually looking forward to paining it. Highly recommend.

The arbor is well made with clear (no knots) pressure treated wood and precision cut with very tight joints. The directions left a great deal to intuition. There were references to pre-drilled holes in the lattice frame that did not exist so I made them where are thought they should logically be located. Some touch up stain was included which was useful but the product must have been in storage for a while because the can was completely rusted. It took me about 1.5 hours alone to assemble the arbor. I just needed a helper to attach the uprights and flit it over. I installed it in an unconventional location at the front door. I am happy with the purchase.

I believe I was sent a smaller model than the one I ordered. At any rate, it is too small for my use. I’m disappointed. It’s a good product, though, and it was easy to assemble.

Beautiful arbor. Very well designed. Easy to build if you are somewhat handy.
