I discovered that it only contained 1 pole. Cost too much

Purchase two of these, but they didn’t have the hardware so called Wayfair and they made it right with re- delivery. However, I was extremely disappointed that when I proved to them that I had not received another delivery, and even the photo from the delivery service only showed a rock, which clearly was not the delivery, I called and had two reps tell me that they would do a total refund, and he also agreed that that was not proof of delivery, but then I did not receive the refund. I received an email saying that I needed to report it to the police. There’s nothing to report because there was no package delivered. Very poor customer service there. Wayfair has really gone downhill in the last year or so. And I spent thousands per year with them so you’d think they would value that. These poles were OK and at least they made it right and re-delivered the hardware, but the experience with a package not delivered promised refund, and then did not receive a refund , with bogus insistence that I file A police report (what would I have filed that there was no package there and there was no proof of delivery?) this was very disappointing after having been told by two of Wayfair 2 reps who agreed with me “there was no package delivered and no proof of delivery” to then have whatever department they handed it to not refund or redeliver. Not good Wayfair! Do better!
