I gave it a one star initially because the trampoline mat had two medium sized holes in it, which will surely tear as soon as it is jumped on. We began a return right away, had to jump through a few hoops, but as of now they are sending us a new mat, so I’m going to up my stars to 4 unless the new one has holes too, then they will be a one star forever!
