I loved the cooler, but it only lasted one year and a half. I tried to contact Wayfair to see if I can purchase a new insert because it is made of plastic and it had all dry rotted and was leaking. They told me it was no longer under warranty I then contacted Vita home the manufacturer of the ice cooler and they also told me sorry I should look to purchase something else that I could replace the inside with. All I wanted to do was purchase a new insert in the first place very bad business. I have disposable cooler bags from the grocery store that lasted longer than this sorry to say
