This is exactly the tool that I needed to keep my agave plant healthy by trimming the lower leaves that become dead or damaged.

Bought this for shearing lavender. Blade is great. Exactly what I was looking for. The handle is very lightweight, untreated wood, reminds me of balsam wood. Not sure how well it will hold up, hence the 3 star rating. I’m thinking of painting it with an enamel paint to make it less prone to cracking or splitting and more weather resistant. Considering the price, I’m happy with what I got.
