Zimtown 39.38'' W x 9'' D Plastic Cover Retractable Door / Window Awning

This product does exactly what we need it to do—keeping water from splashing onto a side door. Giving 4 stars only because it sorely lacks in directions for the bolts that come with it. Update still holding up, but the point at which the two plastic sheets connects creates a trap for water and debris, leading to a mold issue. The only way I foresee cleaning it is to remove the structure and disassemble.

It has helped a lot with all the rain we get in Washington.

This was a great awning. tuff and easy to install.

Like the clear awning shed, snow and water nicely does not darken area at all
