Pretty good for the price. I used a drill with allen wrench bits because tightening all of the screws with an allen wrench would have been a nightmare. The instructions are a little difficult to follow, but I was still able to do it by myself (a second person to hold certain pieces together would have made it go a lot faster). At least one of the screws was only able to be put in about halfway due to the alignment of the pieces, but it seems fine. The cushion is thick, but you can still feel the bars of the chair underneath it, so I ordered an additional cushion to place beneath the one it came with. We love our new chairs! They arrived yesterday and it took about 30 minutes to put them both together. They are super comfortable and our family is already fighting over them on our patio. It took two of us to assemble because it took a little bendingpositioning of some of the parts by one of us while the other added the hardware (bolts, washers, etc) for assembly.
