LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these. I spent so much time looking at the marketing photos trying to determine if the curved shape would be uncomfortable - but they are amazingly comfy. They were packed well, and the video showing how to put it together could not have made it simpler. The instructions say it takes 2 people but I'm 71 years old and put each together is 10-15 minutes without any issue. Came promptly and nicely packed. Assembly was ok except attaching the top which was a pain (removing 1 star just for that). This ottoman is good quality and was not hard to build. We did use our rubber mallet to get the pieces to fit correctly and had to make do with not being sent the right length screws, but that was not a big deal for us. These were difficult to put together. Took two adults to work on them. On each ottoman we were not able to line up and get a screw in the shorter end.
