I’ve had these for five years now and i’m obsessed. i e received dozens of compliments over the years. I sprayed immediately to get the rust color. I do wish I only sprayed a little so I could have enjoyed the grey a bit longer because it was gorgeous as a mix of color but it is what it is. This rustic terra cotta pot is given its unique character by using a centuries old, handmade process using canvas lined moulds and traditionally fired kilns then rubbed by hand with dried moss and let to sit outdoors to naturally age which gives it a one-of-a-kind natural patina. After laying this out inside to put it together, I ended up moving it all to my deck where it will be in the long run. I was not expecting for it to be this nice and this dirty. I really like that. The material is not super shiny and it's not flimsy like some of the other metal raised bed planters. This will be able to create a nice bit of separation on my deck from one part to another and will hold a decent sized climber. We get a lot of wind where we are and I am thrilled that this will not get blown over! I can't wait to plant it up as soon as I get dirt. I have a pink thornless climbing rose that will be beautiful in it!!! It also matches our outdoor lighting so that's an unexpected bonus.
