Higher BTU output was a selling point. Most units of this size are between 40 & 50K BTU. The support bracket inside the cabinet for the tank will lead to rust with age since the metal base of the propane tank slides on the powder coated support bracket. I received my delivery on Wednesday and was placed in a wonderful spot. As it was raining, they left it under my balcony in the back of my home, rather than my front steps. We are SO happy with it and think it was SO worth spending a little extra for the style and size. There were absolutely no defects that we could see, and we cant wait to sit and enjoy it. (Only wish our furniture wasnt delayed. lol) Would HIGHLY recommend this fire pit and Wayfair delivery. Will submit a photo when we use it. Nice looking fire table! Very light and easy to maneuver. We just set it up a couple of days ago and have been using it every evening. The fire rocks in the daylight look pretty , but they don’t have a nice glow/sparkle to to them like the better quality fire rocks, so you can’t really notice them in the night. Disappointing after spending this much money for what I feel is an overpriced fire table. The one good thing is the natural gas fitting is included, but you still have to pay extra to buy the hose. Aug.2024 update: one of the tiles has cracked 6 weeks out of the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Product is always covered when not in use and stored in the shed during the winter. Very protected and taken care of. We even replaced the original rocks with the pretty fire rocks and have enjoyed using it! Will try to call for support and see what happens.
