Amish casual heavy-duty 800 lb heavy-duty treated Adirondack chair (semi-solid white stain, cupholders)

This chair fits perfectly in with my other Adirondack chairs surrounding our firepit. We replaced it with one that was wearing down and this one is much better. I really like that it has cup holders on both sides so no worrying about where to sets your drinks down. It’s made well and no splinters when sitting down! The only reason why I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is that when putting it together not all the holes were pre-drilled. Once put together this is a nice chair and it can hold just about anyone.. I had an issue with the product when it was delivered. It was obvious that the item got damaged due to shipment handling. This chair is very comfortable, very sturdy and I love the grey color. The ottoman is a great shape and size and completes my relaxation. The drink holders are plastic and don't stay on the arm of the chair very well. Also the "phone holder" is simply a line in the cup holder that does not keep the phone steady. The scale and quality of the chairs is great! They are not comfortable at all though. I purchased 2 chairs at a considerable cost on September 25th and used for approximately one month and then stored indoors for the winter. The beginning of May I put the chairs outdoors. It rained once and the paint on the chairs started peeling, the wood cracked upon sitting on it. The chairs are now useless. Upon calling Wayfair they would not stand behind the product due to the length of time between the purchase date and the next season. They did not taking into account the fact the chairs were used for one month. The customer means nothing to them. Their service after you purchase an item does not exist. I am very disappointed in Wayfair and their response to my claims and proof via pictures. Their ad says solid wood and it is solid wood but the wood is extremely dried out and brittle.
