I was worried that it being an Adirondack chair it would be too low and I would have difficulty getting out of it but the seat height is tall enough that I can get in and out of the chair easily and I'm 67 years old. Once it gets wet it gets soaked through. Im afraid it will mold before it dries. Also the mechanism by which the seat hangs is just a dowel through a rod pocket through the fabric as is its a curtain and not something to support your weight.
