Our only issue was installing because the predrilled holes in the platform didn't line up with the bars underneath, no matter how many configurations we tried AFTER the initial instruction diagram and the video instructions. We had to redrill every hole. Almost every step required human strength and skill, so after a few hours tempers ran short. My 2.5 year old loves it. Every morning he is on it and when he gets home. Assembling it wasn’t straight forward, manual is not easy to read and I read plenty of them.
