The product is excellent overall, though I'd be remiss to not include a few constructive criticisms: 1) The listing is misleading and does not make clear that the roller shades are NOT included and must be purchased separately. The cost of which essentially doubles the overall cost. 2) The installation instructions do not emphasize the importance of making sure the structural frame is installed straight, level, plumb, and that the distances between the vertical members is exact from top to bottom. We got this awesome shade sail in and were very pleased. We will be installing it soon, but not for the designed purpose. We intend to place this as a shade for our dogs. From opening the box, we were pleasantly surprised. It came very quick and was packaged well. The downside is that there are NO instructions in the box!! The weighted poles themselves seem sturdy and are intended to keep the shade sail straight-which is a brilliant plan! It also came with appropriate equipment to install them, but again, not for the purposes we intend to use it for. We have not installed it yet, due to multiple hurricanes in Florida and another on its way! I will try to come back and update with installed pictures. So far, I can say the quality is great and it appears to be just what we will need! It has small eye holes in it to ensure it doesn’t tear and will withstand a generous amount of wind. I accidentally bought the wrong size so way too big, but on a good note it’s doing exactly what I needed it to do. Has held up great with high winds, snow, rain. I did put block on the inside since it was so big (once again my fault) but nothing got into it.
