It came packaged extremely well. 3 separate packages came in one day. I put this set together on my own, first the table one night after work. Then the next day, after work I put the 6 chairs together. The table wasn’t hard to do. It took a total of a couple hours. This includes unboxing and then putting it together. The chairs took longer. I had a couple chairs that gave me issues with the screw not wanting to connect properly and was quite annoying. In the end it was all worth it. I had the set done in time for our first family BBQ. It looks great! Sturdy and sleek. The directions were sketches and clear to understand. All pieces were well marked! It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place..
