I compiled a lot of research before settling on this sandbox. The installation is very straightforward and simple!!!!! My husband assembled this item with minimal tools and ZERO FRUSTRATION. We live in Northern NY, so we needed something weather resistant. The cover to the sandbox fits perfectly with air vents to allow moisture to escape. During the winter time, we are planning on securing a tarp over the existing cover to ensure it withstands the harsh snowfalls. The seats are very durable; perfect for my toddler son and even adults have comfortably sat on them. I do recommend purchasing a full sized sun umbrella and base to cover the play area being used..
