Ships in 4 boxes and is easy to assemble. It does take some time since 9 sets of legs and 10 chair backs have to be attached to the seat frame(s). Each piece seems durable and lightweight which is great for moving or reconfiguring. Seat cushions are on the firm side and seat back cushions are soft. Seat cushions come with a piece of not slip fabric to be placed between cushion and frame. The seat back cushions are free moving and do not attached to the frame. The seat cushions are wide enough to lay down. It’s easy to reconfigure the sectional to fit your space. The wood looking pieces for the attached side tables and separate coffee table are either coated metal to appear wood-like or are heavy duty, light weight plastic. Great value for the price! This is exactly what I was looking for and it works perfectly on my patio. I love the flexibility of being able to arrange the seating. Assembly was fairly easy. 4 of the underside seat fastener holes do not line up and the seat isn’t flush with the side panels.You get what you pay for. Amazing how China can produce hi tech spy satellites yet can seem to align fastener holes in furniture. Then again at 124 a unit this can always be expected. Additionally, what I received IS NOT the same style depicted in your store photos… there are no armrests! Oh, and there was no “free” seat cover as you advertised… totally deceptive selling!
