The door broke, the one I bought previously I had it for 6yrs this one didn’t even last one year but

So far, so good. It' s only been in use two weeks, so I can't comment on durability. But it heats damp towels from cold in about 45 minutes. If you pre-warm them in the microwave, the cabinet is warm in about 20 minutes. I love that they are kept at just the right temperature all day; no need to use tongs to remove from cabinet because they are too hot, or waft them in the air before placing them on clients. Arrived about 5 days sooner than expected.

Perfect size! Not too small or too big. And I love that it’s in black because not many towel warmers come in black lol
