I received my art piece just in time, and I want to acknowledge that the courier service and communication during transit were excellent. Unfortunately, the item arrived with damage, including a noticeable dent in the frame. I was offered the following resolution options: a 20% refund while keeping the item as is, a replacement at no cost, or a full refund upon return. This piece was intended as a retirement gift for someone moving to a beachfront home, so timing and presentation are very important. While I appreciate the options provided, none of them fully address the situation given the circumstances. The artwork itself is beautiful, but due to the damage, I am no longer able to gift it as planned. I was hoping for a more flexible solution that would better accommodate this situation. Thank you for your assistance so far, but I encourage you to consider improving how cases like this are handled in the future.

I love this. The box seemed a little questionable in terms of its condition, but both the box and painting print were fully intact and the art is perfect. I got an excellent deal and it’s exactly the vibe I wanted.
