Holy moly this thing is great! I used it on my hardwood floors and it got them so clean! I do wish the water heated up faster. The sticker on the lid says 6-9 minutes and I think it was more like 10 minutes. I love all of the attachments and can’t wait to use them. I was also pleasantly surprised that this was on wheels! I wasn’t expecting that, but it makes it very easy to roll around and clean without having to pick it up.

This is such a great little steamer. I was surprised to see all the accessories. I did not realize you can do clothes, carpet, windows, and floors. I used it on our hardwood floors and it did an amazing job. Very easy to use and not bulky. Perfect for so many uses!

I have been very happy with this steam cleaner so far. It arrived with an impressive variety of attachments, making it clear that it can be used for much more than just floors. Although I haven't had the chance to try every accessory yet, it's nice knowing I have the tools available for cleaning carpets, grout, tile, upholstery, and other hard-to-reach areas around the house. So far, I've only used it on my hard flooring, and I'm very pleased with the results. It takes about five minutes to heat up, which is a reasonable wait considering the amount of steam it produces. Once it's ready, it delivers full power and does an excellent job loosening dirt and leaving my floors looking fresh and clean and with having pets this will be an excellent choice, so that the chemicals won’t get on their paws. The unit feels sturdy, and the large 50-ounce water tank is a great feature because it allows for longer cleaning sessions without constantly stopping to refill it. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The steam hose becomes quite hot during use and tends to twist around itself as you move from room to room. I found myself having to stop every so often to untangle and straighten the hose, which interrupts the cleaning process. Another thing is I wish you could wrap the cord at the bottom of the machine like other carpet cleaners, but I would still recommend this machine as it does a good job of cleaning the floors. It heats quickly, produces powerful steam, and leaves my floors looking fantastic. I would recommend this steam cleaner to anyone looking for an effective, and easy to use cleaning tool.
