I ordered this hoping for the best. After having read the reviews about this item arriving damaged I was hesitant, since returning would be a problem for something so big. Well, my item arrived badly damaged. Two of the three white board sides of the unit were badly creased as if it had been dropped. The inside of the packaging appeared in good shape but the shipping box was pretty much destroyed. I'm seeing what can be done about a replacement, but I fear that the same thing will happen if another unit is shipped. UPDATE: I reached out to the company that manufactured these, as per Wayfair's recommendation and that company said to contact Wayfair, and unfortunately it was beyond the 30 day time frame. So, we were just out of luck. The company would not help us, and Wayfair was past their return time so we were stuck with a dented wall. We have made the best of it by covering it with classroom work and materials. The wheels work so it does roll where we need it.

Paper thin cardboard, useless packaging, and flimsy silver material = damaged on arrival. Gigantic dent is right at eye level. Extremely annoying to see this every day when I walk past. Only buy this if you want a damaged, wobbly, secondhand whiteboard.
