It’s soooo beautiful and it fits in my space perfectly. Also gives off a lot of light.

The lamp I received was totally dented and scratched so it tilts and doesn’t have a fully gold base. So bad.

I have been eyeing this lamp for a while and it finally went on sale, which made me go forward to purchase. I bought 2 for each of my night stands in my bedroom. I read all the reviews and knew the pros and cons ppl were saying. My only disappointment with this lamp is that the finials are very cheap looking… not a heavy brass plated look. I decided to keep the lamps because I love everything else about them. I did read where some ppl felt the gold on the base looked cheap but I didn’t think so, just the finials…but you really can’t tell once the finials are in place. The lamps are a classy timeless look! I haven’t been able to find anything close to these lamps with a square shade for the price.

What a delight. Supposed to be in my living room, but could not resist stealing them for my bedroom. Bathroom breaks mid- night are a nightmare in a new place, but the night light wakes no one but me and keeps my perilous journey next door, over dogs and toys, safe. despite... The full light really isn't necessary, but the base is so attractive that I can not resist having it on as well as the top bulb. The whole effect is pretty and gentle to the eyes and mind, yet bright enough for elderly, tired eyes to read. What a buy! I like them so much that for now I can't decide whether I should use the same style as replacements for the living room or look around to see new ones. (Don't be silly, Sheila, no hesitations, DON'T MISS The Chance, another look around.) LOL.
