My 13 year old granddaughter absolutely loves this trampoline. Has no gaps and springs to slip through, she has the whole surface to jump and flip. Set was easy just listen to directions and use tools they supply. Recommend watching a video to see set up.

Beautiful trampoline. Comes in 4 separate boxes. There was minor damage to the plastic pieces that house the rods on the frame. Well designed with zipper to attach netting to the mat. Nice buckle system to attach the mat to the rods. It was difficult for a grown man to get the mat in place. You will need to be able bodied to assemble.

On the right track but I don’t think the product is full proof just yet. This took WEEKS to assemble and is extremely difficult. Although the stringless concept is a good one, the metal bars are extremely difficult to maneuver into the right position. This leaves high and low spots.

I am currently at a standstill with finishing the build because the spot I am at isn’t flat enough. I have a tree down where I need to move it, and should be able to move it there this weekend. The instructions advise not to move it without at least four adults to avoid damaging the frame. This is not an unreasonable statement. This is HEAVY and extremely well made. The metal frame is thick and solid, and it comes together very easily. There is an instruction video available online for extra tips and is very helpful. All of the materials are well made, the trampoline and netting are high quality. The springless design is great for safety, and each piece is also very well madehigh quality. I will add more pictures this weekend after I recruit help to move it and finish the install. Side note I live in a cold winter state, and it appears to be easy to take down the netting and trampoline mat to store inside and increase the life of both. You will not be disappointed with this, it is pretty cool and very well made!

What a fun and great looking trampoline! Our 7 year old absolutely loves it! And we love how it is safer than other trampolines! It is completely springless and the jumping mat meets with the safety net. So you can jump on it freely without worrying about any springs or hard spots. The safety net, which I mentioned before and curved outer poles are other great safety features on this trampoline. It took about 3.5 hrs to assemble with my husband.. it's definitely a 2 person job! The assembly was a bit challenging but worth it at the end! Honestly, the instructions were better than others but had room for improvement with wording, explanations, and better illustrations or actual pictures of the process but we figured it out along the way. We might have installed the stairs on the ladder incorrectly, not sure, because the holes weren't aligning when we put it in what we thought was the correct position (with the tread facing outwards) unless the tread needs to be facing inwards for when you come out of the trampoline. Not sure but will have to check again. If you want it has an option to put in a basketball net (not included) into one of the poles which will be a great addition! *FYI On the instructions it says that there is a 245 lbs. weight limit on the trampoline. It came in 4 boxes all together. I would definitely recommend this wonderful trampoline to any family with kids looking for some safe jumping fun!
