Overall, a very nice product. Instructions did not provide drill bit size, so it was trial and error.

I love how its the perfect size and comes with the thumb tacks and 2 magnets. The dry erase marker that comes with it has an eraser at the top of the lid that has a magnetic mechanism to keep attached to the board.

This makes my home office look polished!
