The mount is great although I made a mistake because the tv is 3 inches larger than the mount size. The installer made it work because I was in a crunch.

This motorized tv mount is AMAZING! It is so convenient to raise and lower TV when not in use! It moves slow for care of the tv, but not more than 5 secs to raise and lower all the way. I can’t wait to buy a new one for my outdoor space!

I absolutely love it.I was thinking it might be hard to mount,but it was real easy.I came with great directions. It came with a very good remote,that's easy to use. When you want to bring the TV down you only have to push down arrow once. You don't have to keep holding it. You can also stop it at any position by one touch to the remote. It's the same putting it back up to the ceiling, just one touch to the up arrow and it will go all the way up unless stop it. It also looks nice on the ceiling. It's very nice and I would definitely buy it again .
