The main metal parts seem to be in good condition and looks to be strong enough to do the job. Unfortunately, the Locking Screws that allows the user to pivot the screen brackets were over torqued at the factory. So, when I attempted to adjust these pre-installed screws, using the tool provided, the amount of energy required hurt and bruised my hand. These screws were extremely difficult to turn and could have led to more injury if I had slipped my grip. The OEM needs to have all of their locking screws installed with the normal torque, by hand, instead of drilling the screw into the arm.

The concept is nice. My desk looks so much better but as usual, the product is defective and the laptop stand is unstable and one side of the monitor is sideways. Insane

Great product. Have used for 3 days now for work at home. Free of desk space. Better review while in meetings and viewing documents. No more desk clutter! 2 monitors and laptop is secured properly. Read the directions.
