This product is easy to use right out of the box. There’s two baskets for the single cup side so you can brew with grounds or a k-cup. I’ve used both and both work well. There are ridges in the water basin so you can brew small to large cups. The traditional multi-cup pot side is pretty standard with a mesh filter basket and pour in feature. When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something. Definitely has needed improvement but we figured it out in spite of not very clear instructions. And kind of lacking better explanation of what the 1 to 4 cups logo does. Appears to do nothing lol. We are happy with it

I read a lot of the reviews when I was shopping for another coffee maker and I was a little hesitant about buying this one but I have to honestly say, so far it’s been a pretty good experience so far. I love that it stays warm for a good little whittle and then cuts off automatically when I forget to cut it off myself.
